Near the start of Shabbat, a report was received at the MDA hotline about a man - a foreign worker - who was found unconscious in a residential building on Herzl Street in the city of Beit Shemesh. MDA medics and paramedics who arrived at the scene performed CPR on him, but unfortunately they were forced to declare the man, about 30 years old, dead.

This is the third death this month among foreign workers in the city of Beit Shemesh - which raises questions about the mysterious circumstances surrounding the cases.

According to initial reports, this may have been a criminal incident, and the ZAKA hotline confirmed that stab wounds were found on the deceased's body. Security forces have opened an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident.

Residents of the area have expressed concern over the unusual phenomenon, and are awaiting official updates from the police.
