While uncertainty dominates financial markets all over the world, shaking the Israeli economy, the industrial areas in the city of Beit Shemesh continue to grow. Last month, 70 new dunams were successfully marketed in the Lavi industrial area by the Israel Land Authority. These join another 25 industrial plots that have been marketed in the last two years in the industrial area, where development work is currently being carried out at a cost of tens of millions of new shekels.
