Election signs were vandalized in the center of Beit Shemesh

In the past week, two huge signs on Herzl and Yitzhak Rabin Street in the city of Beit Shemesh were vandalized. These are huge signs of the Shas movement with a picture of the late Rabbi Ovadia Yosef and next to him the chairman of the Shas movement, Rabbi Aryeh Deri. It is not known whether members of the Shas movement filed a complaint with the police about the vandalism. Photo by Shlomi H.

Trying to activate his representatives: Interior Minister Rabbi Aryeh Deri is having a zoom conversation with heads of authorities in the ultra-Orthodox sector today in order to accelerate vaccinations in the ultra-Orthodox sector. Among the authorities whose representatives participated in the conversation were three ultra-Orthodox representatives from the Beit Shemesh municipality. Minister Deri emphasized during the conversation that in order to officially open Torah institutions and schools, vaccinations must be accelerated.
