Work to upgrade Road 38 at its peak: As mentioned, the college junction was closed on February 15 for the purpose of continuing to upgrade Road 38 to the two-lane road and the traffic from it was diverted to the Ramat Beit Shemesh interchange, for which a new road was opened.
