In this week's parsha, Yaakov Avinu blessed each of his sons - "a man like his blessing blessed him." Not every blessing we are able to understand, there are quite a few of them that seem to us as formidable curses and liquidation of accounts, but apparently for the personal destiny of the blessed they are indeed essential blessings.
