Minister of Religious Services Michael Malchieli signed and finally approved the composition of the religious council in the city of Beit Shemesh last night.

As you may recall, about a month and a half ago, the City Council voted in plenary on the composition of the members, which was approved for the first time in a decade, with the minister required for final approval.

In about two weeks, the members of the Religious Council will gather for their first, ceremonial meeting to be held in the municipality's plenary hall.

Approved members of the Religious Council:

Avraham Fadida (Shas) - Chairman of the Council.

Yaakov Hess (Shlomi Emunim) - Council Treasurer.

Yosef Citron (Torah Flag).

Michael Ershter (Agudat Israel).

Long live Toaf (our home).

Deborah Eisenbach (via).

Dana Ben Ezra (Likud).

Shimon Azulai (Beit Shemesh Meuhedet).

Raphael Altman (Degel HaTorah).
